2.1 Firebase (Google)

Used for user authentication, cloud database hosting (Firestore), and secure file storage. Firebase helps us ensure your data is synced across devices.

Our AI Assistant features process your text queries to provide relevant suggestions and information. Data sent to AI models is used solely to generate responses for you.

2.3 Payments (Google Play Billing)

All subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Geekira does not collect or store your credit card or banking information.

2.4 Email Services (Resend)

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, such as team invitations and account setup credentials.

3. Data Retention & Security

We take the security of your business data seriously. We use Firebase App Check to protect against unauthorized access and ensure that all data transmitted to our servers is encrypted.

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting support.

4. Permissions

Our apps may request specific permissions to function correctly:

  • Notifications: To remind you of upcoming appointments.
  • Alarms: To ensure time-sensitive reminders are delivered accurately even when the device is idle.
